I am honored to have been entrusted with the opportunity to render a portrait of Klever. Ms Varela, his daughter, spoke of his kindness. My hope is that his kindness and gentle spirit are relayed through his portrait.

My father loved fishing, the beach, and spending time with his family. He loved big family dinners and dancing. Oh... He could dance like no other. People would stop and just watch him move. He had a kindness about him that the world will miss forever.
